20 Mar 2020: Coronavirus-related deaths surged past 10,000
globally. The number of cases in Germany rose by 2,958 overnight to
13,957. Spain death toll has risen to 1,002. In China no new
domestic cases reported for a second consecutive day; however there are concerns
about infected people flying into the country and importing a second wave
of the disease.
Two months ago, around January 20, the US and South Korea each
reported their first confirmed cases. South Korean leaders responded quickly
and effectively while the US, well, not so much.

I
spent the most of the day reading news and fact checking. Only 24 blog views so far. It helps me cope, so I'll continue. Also, some
day maybe grandchildren can use it to supplement Wikipedia for a school
project. LOL
